Byrne Wallace Shields LLP was delighted to advise Dussmann, the international multi-service provider, on its proposed acquisition of Lynskey Engineering.
Lynskey Engineering is a multinational Irish headquartered specialist mechanical engineering company, servicing blue chip clients in the data centre, pharmaceutical, retail, commercial and energy sectors.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
