Byrne Wallace Shields LLP was pleased to have advised the shareholders of ASC Software on the sale of its entire issued share capital to Velociti Solutions.
ASC Software’s award winning, cloud-based fleet maintenance and workshop management system, Assetminder, is used to reduce administration, increase compliance, control costs and drive efficiencies throughout a fleet or workshop operation.
Velociti have over 30 years of deep sector experience in the bus, rail, and transport markets, delivering solutions on improving safety, compliance, data insights, modelling, operational and commercial performance.
