Byrne Wallace Shields LLP was delighted to sponsor a HealthTech Founder – VC Networking event, at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), Stephens Green, Dublin.

The event was organised by MedLink in conjunction with YVC Collective, ARC Hub for HealthTech, and RCSI, and brought together pre-seed and seed-stage HealthTech founders alongside a network of venture capital investors.

Unlike traditional pitch competitions or demo days, the event was designed to foster genuine early-stage conversations and connect founders with funders before a funding round is formally underway.

The format reflected a growing recognition within the Irish and European HealthTech ecosystem that the most valuable investor-founder relationships are built over time, and that creating the right environment for those first conversations is key to a thriving innovation landscape.
