Byrne Wallace Shields LLP strengthens Litigation and Regulation practice with new partner appointment

Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is delighted to announce that Eoin Mac Aodha has joined the firm’s Litigation and Regulation practice as partner.

Eoin specialises in regulatory, public administrative and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in public administrative law, European law and statutory interpretation. He advises government bodies on their regulatory responsibilities and the conduct of investigations, and litigation. He acts across all regulatory environments including the Financial, Energy and Telecoms sectors.

Eoin is an accomplished and experienced litigator who has acted in a number of significant disputes before the Commercial Court and for public bodies and regulators in the Supreme Court and European Court of Justice.
